Dr. Patel earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2023. Following graduation, Dr. Patel continued to advance clinical expertise through extensive continuing education and specialized training. An Invisalign® Certified provider, Dr. Patel is dedicated to offering modern treatment options that help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles with confidence.
Committed to excellence in comprehensive dental care, Dr. Patel is currently completing a fellowship with the Misch Implant Institute, further enhancing skills in implant dentistry and advanced surgical treatments. Dr. Patel is also a proud member of the American Dental Association and remains actively engaged in professional development to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Setu Choksi is a general dentist who has been caring for patients in Chelmsford since 2016. She earned her dental degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine after completing her BDS in India.
Dr. Choksi enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their care. She believes dentistry is not just about treating teeth, but about listening to patients, understanding their concerns, and helping them make the right decisions for their long-term oral health.
Her approach is gentle, honest, and patient-centered. Whether someone is coming in for a routine visit, restorative treatment, or a more complex dental concern, Dr. Choksi strives to make each visit calm, clear, and positive.
Dr. Chong S. Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea, and grew up in Northern California. He pursued his dental education at Boston University and Harvard University, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and advanced treatment techniques.
Committed to excellence in implant dentistry, Dr. Lee completed three years of postdoctoral training in implant dentistry and earned a Master of Medical Sciences degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. His advanced education provided specialized expertise in the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Lee has successfully placed and restored more than 4,000 dental implants, helping countless patients regain oral function, confidence, and healthy smiles. His extensive experience, combined with a patient-centered approach, allows him to provide individualized treatment solutions tailored to each patient’s needs.
